DESIRED PROMISE™ is an Aboriginal Tribal LLC

Our on-line store is open 24 hours ready to serve you seven days per week. We do not ship orders on Weekends and Holy days. All orders placed on these days, will be shipped after our 3 business day processing.

Desired Promise™ uses USPS as their Shipping Carrier which will provide you with a tracking number to track your order.


We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and if your order is damaged upon delivery we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.


Any overcharge on shipping will be returned to the buyer.

Since Desired Promise™ products are handmade, there can be no returns.

Please verify your order confirmation immediately upon receipt to verify the details of your order. You may make changes to your order before the order is processed.

Please contact Desired Promise™ immediately to get a (RMA#) Return Merchandise Authorization Number if you receive the wrong products. We will be glad to assist in making sure we send the correct products out to you.

The best way to store your Desired Promise™ product is to keep them in a cool, dry place.

If your Hair or Body products have melted, Don’t worry!

Simply place in the refrigerator to allow them to cool which will bring it back firm.


Shelf life can be from 6 months to 1 year.
